In this episode of the Blogging Diabetes podcast I talk with Mari Ruddy, the founder and Director of Team WILD and founder of the Red Rider program. I know I say this a lot, but I could have talked with Mari for hours. Over the last year you’ve probably heard me talk about how much I love riding my bike and how great it is for my blood sugars. Talking with Mari has me pumped up and motivated for my upcoming Tour de Cure ride in May where I’ll be doing the 60 mile course.

It is so much fun talking with the guests I’m having on the show and I look forward to each week. There are things I want to catch up on, but they’re going to have to wait when I’ve got rockstars like Mari queued up.
I hope you enjoy the episode and have a great weekend!
