In this episode of the Blogging Diabetes Podcast I talk about some recent issues that came up over the last week.  One of the big issues I’ve run into is with my CGM (Dexcom) the last three straight sensor changes.  I’m not sure if I’m alone and would love to hear from others to see if you experience the same things.  It’s also been frustrating because of the variance from the Dex numbers to my Meter.

Also mixed in here are a few updates about exercise, kettle bells and my diet.  I really need to get things on track and in an aggressive way. In the past I’ve always done best when I jump into something 100% and that may be just what I need.

I would also love to get some feedback if anyone has ever used an indoor cycling trainer type thing that your bike connects to. As we approach winter I still want to get in my cycling time and don’t know if an exercise bike or bike trainer is the way to go.

After recording this episode I wrote down three more things for next week or the next podcast to talk about. This stuff just comes to me at random times and I need to write it down or I’ll just move on to something else and totally forget what I wanted to talk about.  There are some SUPER guests lined up for the coming weeks.

I hope you enjoy the episode!
