		<description>Good for you!!  Sometimes it takes major life events to finally give us the motivation we need to make changes for the better.  It&#039;s a long road sometimes, but you can do it!

I&#039;ve been trying really hard to get myself into shape and lose the extra fat in my &quot;problem areas&quot;.  I&#039;m slowly getting there.  I thought I ate pretty well, but I&#039;ve since learned that I was eating way too much fat.  I miss my yummy foods some days, but I&#039;m learning to enjoy them in moderation.  And I&#039;m also learning to like exercise.  I won&#039;t say love exercise yet . . . small steps!!</description>
