Way to go! I agree that things are so much easier (diabetes wise) when I am active. Why is it so hard to stick with it?

Great post Tony! Good for you for getting back into the game...this is the key for me as well...I can eat right & watch the calories but without exercising routinely & nearly everyday I don't see the pounds come off & and my A1c stay down :) Keep Pressin'!

Sad that even in the face of a serious disease some people still do not consider eating better and exercising. And don't get me started on the pancreatically gifted that take their non non-functioning pancreas for granted. Glad to see you've found motivation...now to improve your golf game :D

Congrats on the exercize and diet revival. Its amazing how these simple little things can make such a profound difference. If only we all could follow this seemingly simple rules, we all might be a little better off. Keep up the great work and keep us posted on your progress.

Good for you Tony! :) I think it's great advice no only for diabetics but for everybody. During the summer, Tristan also tends to ride low since he's out playing and running around a lot more. He can usually take his pump off for a couple of hours and he will still be a little low... even with snacks! :)

Congratulations! That is wonderful! It's also completely commendable with 2 young daughters! There is so little time, but you are doing it - good for you! I have been seeing the same with Caleb with swimming and tball - maybe my hubby will put together a workout plan for 6 six year old so we can sustain this in the fall/winter. I'm only half kidding! ;)
