Oh man, remember the days of the 40 minute injections… aren’t you so happy those days are long gone. I think that is really where I get my passion to Blog and do the videos I do on Diabetes, it’s that stuggle I used to go through. I’m always trying to lift that burden on others the best I can so they can be happy.

I agree that certain food just mess up your blood sugar horribly. Pop Tarts is one that unfortunately, we have decided Tristan can no longer have He is so high after it’s ridiculous.

We also had a lot of problems with pasta. Since buying our salter scale, that pretty much has been resolved. We had to do a few trial and errors to find the code that worked best with what we were giving him but once we figured it out…. problem solved
