I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and if applicable, kept your glucose level under control. I woke up at 85, hit 125 before my early afternoon meal, went up to 175 by dinnertime and finished at bedtime at 155. These numbers are good for any day, and made me ecstatic for a holiday meal day.
It has been just over a month since I started writing here on Blogging Diabetes. Our Blogging Diabetes community grew more than I expected this month, and I of course have all of you to thank. Thank you for spreading the word about Blogging Diabetes, I appreciate it all.
Last month I mentioned how thrilled I was to be able to help a few people who e-mailed or contacted me. The goal of this blog is to help others and myself any way possible with regards to living with diabetes. I will try to tell it like it is without sugar coating any of it.
