Recently, I wrote a post on running a marathon with type 1 diabetes.  I have never been a long distance runner, but have been motivated as of late to start training for a half marathon.  I think the training and exercise would be good for my overall health and my HbA1c.  After writing the post, I received feedback from Marcus who suggested the Diabetic Athlete book below.  I haven’t picked this one up yet, but you can be sure it’s on my gift/wish list for an upcoming Amazon withdrawal.

Diabetic Book

Has anyone read this book or have any feedback?  There was only one bad review (out of 4) on Amazon, but it was because of the title and not the content.
